css flyout

i just installed the css flyout menu according to the instructions on fresh install of zc 1.3.6, and the option to turn the flyout menu is not showing up on the layout boxes controller page. is there something else i need to do to make it work?

Look in the thread under ontributions regarding this mod. There are a few notes and posts about getting it to work right in 1.3.6

it's not that it doesn't work, but it's the fact that it's like i never installed it. even though i copied all the files over, it does not show up on the layout boxes controller so that i can turn it on.
