hi there... I have used other carts in the past and when I used USPS for my shipping I had to weigh the item and divide by 16 (as there were 16 ounces in a pound) I think it was. Is this the same for the Zen cart? How do I set the weight for the product? Thanks

Weight is done in pounds for USPS ... keep your calculator handy ...

ty so if I had a product that weight 4 ounces I would divide 4 by 16 ounces?

yeps ...
NOTE: in the Shipping/Packaging ... there are settings for Tare also ... as in box and bubble wrap weight ...
