Simple Google Analytics - Support

I forgot to say I'm using version 1.3.9h..

It looks there a few people already asking questions related to this but does anyone have any information on getting Universal Analytics to work with this plugin?

I'm currently running Zen Cart version 1.3.9h but I'm planning on setting up a dev site to see if i can upgrade to 1.5.1 without breaking anything and to see if I can get this to work with Universal Analytics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just as an FYI for anyone using the plug-in currently: I'm building the Universal Analytics into this next release as well. But to get it working in the meantime, use the section of the current plugin (in the admin) that lets you add your own custom code snippet. I believe Linda mentioned this below as well.

The next release has a ton of new things in it so it should be a welcome site for many.
