Bill, keep in mind that you do NOT need to create a "funnel" in order for Conversion tracking to work. The funnel process is very helpful in finding out where in the conversion process you have problems.
You can set it up any way you want, but I prefer to start with a product page and leave the home page out entirely. If you include the home page, your funnel analysis will be skewed (unless there is only "1 way" to the end result). So, what you have will give you results that may be hard to determine "where" you want to start making changes (to the site).
In the post where the audio / video tutorial will be on my site, I have listed the "preferred" method of creating a funnel (detailing the exact page url's and why you want to include them). Again, that is just about complete, and should be up in the next few days.
