You need to make sure to download the latest version, ( its the only one available in the downloads section )

then you need to upload the
includes/modules/shipping and the
includes/languages/modules/shipping/
folders from the distro

Fixed and replied,

Ok for anyone else having this issue,

1. make sure that all of your modules have a seperate sort order.
2. Fedex wont let you display the list rates, that needs to stay false

Seems to have been part of the solution, thanks!

I also seem to only receive rates from the "production" server and not the "test" one and am not able to get "envelope" rates either. Otherwise, appears to work like a charm.

stay off the test server, there is no reason the be there,
all you are doing is pulling rates,

and evvelope rate will only work if you have a company name in the company name field, and the weight allows it

OK, get it OUT of test,
it should ONLY be in production,

and also verify your account number

I'm getting this error
No Rates Returned, E524 : Invalid dimensions
for all orders whose total weight exceeds 150lbs as though they would be shipped in one package (each product under 150). I'm using 1.3.6 Any ideas on how to fix it. My sort orders are different, I'm in the FedEx production server. thx

you need to set your max shipping weight in admin->configuration -> shipping

Thanks Merlin, my max ship weight is set to 700lbs. and has no effect on the outcome. (>150lbs. no FedEx options)
I also noticed that FedEx Home Delivery is not available over 70lbs. (ex. 10 packages at 7lbs.) Is this a FedEx thing or a glitch?
