try putting in a company name in the delivery address

That worked: FedEx Home changed to FedEx Ground; although not very useful if there is no company name?! And I still can't figure out why no shipping options over 150lbs. Appreciate your help!

you need to set your max shipping weight per box to no more than 75 Lbs
fedex wont deliver a single box that weights more than x amount

The maximum shipping weight for Fedex packages is 150 pounds. (70 pounds for FedEx Home Delivery.)

Ahhhh! Now things are starting to make sense. Total PACKAGE weight! Duh!
Is there any way to set the max package wieght differently for Home or Business? I have plenty of packages between 70 and 150 that get delivered to businesses.

you need to set the max weight to 75 Lbs,
the ONLY way to trigger the cheaper ground rate is to make sure that there is a business name in the feild

My shipping isn't working.. I have not changed anything since you last helped me.

When I go to the checkout page, I can't check FedEx. The only thing I can check is walk in and that doesn't charge shipping.
