Still not sure why I couldn't create an account.

I filled out the information clicked the submit button and went back to the create account page. No error message no nothing.

Check in the bug fixes section of the forum. I recall seeing something in there about create account in version 1.3.6.

I can't clearly find an answer to my problem.

I think the sollution could be to upgrade to version 1.3.7 or restart my shop...

Perhaps some of the add-ons I installed are conflicting...

What do think?

Upgrading can't hurt. there are some security fixes and a lot of bug fixes in 1.3.7. There are also several new features.

Unfortunately, I am not able to use the updated 2.0 version of order steps.

The first problem I have is that I put all files in the default_template folder. I am using another template - future from kuroi - and normally, files that are placed in the default_template should be used when they are not defined in another template, right? With order steps, it seems that the files HAVE to be placed in the specific template used, not in the generic default_template.

The second problem is that I can't get the arrow to appear. In fact, I could not even find where the name of the arrow picture was described in the files.

Any suggestion would be appreciate.

Easy fix.

just rename the all of the YOUR_TEMPLATE folders to future_zen and upload the contribution to your server.

This will make sure the necessary files and folders are added where necessary.

I renamed first the folder to default_template, and as I said this did not work. I then uploaded all the files in the future_zen folder, and then I can't get the arrow to appear. It was working previously with the 1.1 version of this contrib, before I updated my cart to 1.3.7
