where is there information on creating the code for a link?
As everyone has differing requirements for their links I know of no specific info for this. You can check the FAQ's and the wiki though...

Most links follow html convention and if you are attempting this you should have a handle on link code.... you can also Google for "html link code" and refine for your specifics
