Cannot access Admin section???

Have you changed to the admin/includes/configure to properly reflect your new address?

I think that fixed it, but I have one more problem. If you view the site. http://74.52.179.146/~sfas1/ and click on any of the category links it is taking you to our live site, which is making it very hard to test since every link I click is taking me off the new hosting companies site.

Is there any way to fix this?
