Link Partner Page

Hi,
I try to install on my new version 1.3.6. the hack to obtain links from the partners.

I do what it is said and I obtain the following message :

Is it because it's for 1.3.0 and it doesn't work on 1.3.6 or am I missing something?

Forget about my question. I found my mistake.
I didn't move the files in the good template.
