I have an empty box on my step 1 of the checkout page, right under the shipping method. I assume I edit tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php (I haven't modified anything), but I have no clue what to edit. Thx!

Anyone?? I know it's around line 78 that begins with <fieldset>, but I don't know what I can comment out since they're all if->then's. I'm running 1.3.6 BTW.

Have you made changes to the code on that page? I would suggest uninstalling your shipping modules. Reupload that template tpl_checkout_shipping.php and then reinstall your shipping modules.
