New customer signs up
First name=Sal
Last name=D'Angelo
This customer places order, checks out with PayPal, PayPal sends us confirm of payment, payment is showing in our PayPal acct.
Problem:
We get no:
1. new customer added status email
2. New order status email
3. no order is present in admin-customers-orders
Only thing we can think is the apostrophe hosed all this?
I have edited the customer record, removed the apostrophe, credited the PayPal back, and asked the customer to pls reorder, explaining what happened.
I couldn't find this as being reported yet? if not the apostrophe, maybe something else?
Lets hope my customer reorders, so we know whats up.
