Hello,
Just a problem that I hope someone can help with? When a customer creates an account or purchases a product from my store I receive the email ok. However, when I try to send an email message nothing arrives! Could someone shed some light as to what I can do to rectify this as I've read the forum posts but nothing seems to work!
I've got a couple of screenshots of my admin settings in case anyone could see what the problem is!
