PayPal double-charging on shipping?

My client informs me that customers are now being overcharged on shipping by PayPal on the ZC I set up for him. Yikes, he's right.

I go though the order process and the table rates I set up appear to be correctly applied, and are indicated in the ZC order summary.

But when I click the button to go to the PayPal page, PayPal indicates my total (including shipping) and then... ADDS SHIPPING AGAIN based on THAT amount!

This is doubly baffling as, to my knowledge I haven't tinkered with anything that would affect shipping... but anyway, I'm stumped. Have I missed / messed up / forgotten something?

I have set the Table Rate correctly (AFAIK) both in Paypal and in Modules --> Shipping --> Table Rate (in ZC).

Hopefully this is a quick one as - Murphy's law - I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow! Arggggggh! I guess I might have to check in on this one while I'm away until it's resolved... sigh...

Check your PayPal settings on PayPal and make sure the Shipping is turned off ... Zen Cart sends the total for the Order with shipping in the amount to PayPal ...

Strange, I seem to remember it used to be set in both places... oh well, I turned it off on PayPal and now it leaves the total (with shipping already added by ZC) alone.
