Download error - help needed

Everything seems to be correct with file download but an error occures when buyer tries to download.

The requested URL /shop/pub/.fwqhvmrvgekujzllc/FILENAME.zip was not found on this server.

How can this be fixed?

Make sure that the Zip file in /download does not contain spaces, special characters, extra periods etc.

What size it the Zip?

Make sure /pub is 777

Do any downloads work such as small downloads of 100k or less?
