Hello, and thank you for the advice, unfortunatly I can't go with another hosting company because this too is a client job. I wanted to ask, how many files do you all upload when uploading the zencart to a server?

Every Last One!
Make sure you are loading them to your root and and use that to run the install.
Your original URL you posted looks like you may have loaded the files several layers deep in the root. That's not necessarily wrong, but you must match the directory structure in the configure files.

OK, I just tried to keep the same file structure as the cart has when I upzip it on my harddrive is this not correct? and does anyone have a cart up where I could see how the structure is suppose to look like, thanks anyone who can help me.
What are you using to FTP the program to the server? Not all clients are created alike ... get a good one that can handle multiple file directory uploads. FileZilla is free and the one I use all the time. With more that 1500 files it is essential.
