phpbb url problem

Hi, I have setup zencart for forums. went through the install and had no problems install phpbb or so the install said.

my phpbb folder is in the root directory of my domain (www.domain.com/phpbb)
but my url in zen-cart is looking for it in the zen-cart directory.
How do i change the url with out having to move folders around or reinstalling.
