UK terms and conditions

For those in the UK..

How did you deal with the legal aspects of terms and conditions of the site, terms and conditions of the sale, privacy policy etc.

Are there any good free templates, or any cheap off-the-shelf templates. I really don't want to have to pay someone a huge fee to write some up for me unless I really have to.

You could take a look at the mod in the downloads section as a starting point.

The privacy statement is fairly standard IMO, but you would probably need to customise the T&C's depending on your policies viz returns/refunds etc.

Hi, I downloaded the privacy and T &C files and find that in the T&C file there is the follwing lines.

what does this refer to please help

I assume this is a flash item, is it relevent to the mod
