Multiple Updates

Hi, i have to get a website going in about 4 days and i have around 600 items, and it is very tiring to do one at a time. So is there some kind of a mass updater?
I read on some other thread that there is an updating module but i have no clue what that is =/

i have Zen Cart v1.3.6
I don't see which one i can use, i just started this so bare with me.
Can you direct me to the one you have mentioned? I only see the ones that talk about Easy Populate except the top one. In other words, i can't seem to find the free one =/

i see two older versions so does that mean i have to install the previous v2_75_zen-cart_1_2?
