help with the product list for my store?

can someone tell me how to fix the listing there
so the price, product name, and im guessing an "add to cart" button will corretly show up?

im trying to get this ready to launch, if someone can help tell me what i need to do to fix this. id be more appreciative.

In order to be able to help you we need to know a little more about what your have done. This rather looks to me as though you may have mixed program files from a fairly old version of Zen Cart with the language files from a newer version. With the result that some of the definition statements expected by the older program files have either been moved and renamed, or no longer exist at all.

If you're not sure what you've done, then a quick fix for the specific problems on the page you showed would be to edit your english.php file to add something like

define('SUBMIT_BUTTON_ADD_PRODUCTS_TO_CART', 'Add:');
define('TEXT_PRODUCT_LISTING_MULTIPLE_ADD_TO_CART', 'Add Selected Products to Cart');

i havent done anything this is the version of zen-cart the provider im using has. should i see if they can upgrade it?

When I looked earlier, you appeared to be running Zen Cart 1.2.7d. Amazingly there are still a small number of hosts who offer that despite there having been 5 releases since then offering literally hundreds of security updates, bug fixes and enhancements.

However, your site has changed rather radically in the past few hours and you now seem to be running with the latest version of Zen Cart, though it looks like a fresh start rather than an upgrade. Does this mean that your question is now closed?

hey - you are QUICK i was just about to post here.
I contacted the provider and they said i could blow away what i had and install the latest version myself, which i just did.
If you saw it you no doubt noticed the errors on the main screen? I checked and those files are where they are supposed to be what did i miss?

also is there a way to get the color scheme back to that old version? It matched my logo well.

i think the permission changes didnt stick so im going to blow it all away and try it one more time and then see what happens

I didn't see the main page, because I came in at the link you posted earlier which goes straight past that.

I've seen it now though and don't think that this is about permissions. It look more like the upload hasn't been completely successful. I'd re-upload but keep a careful eye on your FTP error for any failures that need to be re-uploaded.

(I'm not sure what AIM is, so the answer to your question is most likely no)

how bout MSN or Yahoo Messenger? I didnt realize you were in UK isnt AOL/AIM not the chat client of choice haha.

anyway i deleted everything and reuploaded and carefully made sure all the errors in the install (those first few screens ) screens, and it seemed to work.

i do have a new problem (take a look www.walkerindianrivergroves.com/zencart)
the old zencart scaled my logo perfectly. now it doesnt i tried changed the height and width?

any suggestions?
