I'm getting something strange happening with my header background.
I've set it to be a blue(ish) colour.
This seems to work ok...

However, when I scroll down my page so that the header is no longer visible, and then back up - the background has changed to WHITE !!

Any chance someone could check this out and provide a possible cause?
