I've been having a nightmare trying to upgrade a friend's site. I did not do the initial build[/FONT]
  1. [FONT=Arial]Went from 3.5 to 3.6 and checkout wasn't working.( Dec. 23)[/FONT]
  2. [FONT=Arial]Store owner needed to be back up[/FONT]
  3. [FONT=Arial]Removed 3.6 and reinstalled 3.5 ( last working version)[/FONT]
  4. [FONT=Arial]Reloaded the3.5 backup. The backup is not working properly - I lost all customization and site will not connect to the product database.[/FONT]
  5. [FONT=Arial]I’ve asked the ISP for the backups – no response yet.[/FONT]
  6. [FONT=Arial]The site is dead in the water [/FONT]
  7. [FONT=Arial]I’m frustrated and unsure what to do next.[/FONT]
