Link Manager 3.0 Support Thread

I have been trying for a very long time to fix this and am still having problems. I just reinstalled the latest version in the downloads and my emails arrive like this:

$EMAIL_GREETING
$EMAIL_WELCOME
$EMAIL_MESSAGE_HTML
$EMAIL_CONTACT_OWNER
$EMAIL_CLOSURE

Will someone PUHLEEZE figger out what is going on here. It looks very unprofessional to get an email like this. Any answers out there? I have scoured the forums to get an answer and nothing works!

Hi Guys,

Just downloaded Link Manager 3.0, can I use this to have STATIC DIRECT TEXT LINKS in that sidebox and also direct button and graphic links? I hope so, other link partners don't want a tracking url, otherwise what is my best option for this?

also before I install, I was running Zen Cart v1.2.6 and Links_Manager_1.5 before

I did not really use Links_Manager_1.5 and only spam and ############ sites joined so I do not care if I lose the info and start again that is fine.

I now upgraded my site to Zen Cart v1.3.7 (actually made a fresh install of Zen Cart v1.3.7 and ported the database across), so database modifcations will be there but the FILES from before are not, so do I treat this as an UPGRADE or FRESH INSTALL of Links_Manager_1.5??

How can I get ride of the upload file warning. I configured the Display Link Banner Image to 0,
Default Link Image 0, I don't want a link image. I am changing my site from Osc to Zen Cart and I down loaded the latest links manager. v3-4-1 I checked the v3-4-0 it also have link images.

I have installed Links Manager v3.4.1 on my store. Everything in the module works perfectly except that when adding a new link, the following error is displayed next to "Status" under "Options" heading

Catchable fatal error: Object of class queryFactoryResult could not be converted to string in /home/gemsoulc/public_html/admin/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 333

Clyde, I just uploaded and install 3.5 and I'm having some difficulties with submitting links and links help. I entered "all" my current links via admin and can't seem to send one through via "Submit Link". Also when I click on "Links Help", I'm getting a blank popup screen. Any help you can give or direction would be appreciated.

Found this thread after I posted somewhere else, sorry bout that but anyways:

1) I can't get the links categories box to appear anywhere on the main page of my website, should be in right column at bottom by the settings.

2) Getting error when running patch sql:

Does this addon work with 1.5 and if so the installation directions are a bit vaugue unless your supposed to ftp to each individual folder (public_html/includes/ and so on) or is this a new directory?
