No, there is still just the link name with the red X for "New Link" and "Check Link" (this is under Extra > Links).

I dont' have access to your admin panel so I can't really see what the problem is.

I can only advise you to make sure that all the files in the download admin folder have been uploaded.

The "New Link" and "Check Link" buttons work (I can add links and I've checked a couple to make sure they are reciprocating), it's just the buttons themselves don't show. I uploaded the includes folder from the zip file, so everything is there. This is what the page looks like.
