Where do I correct settings from "contact us"
Specifically;
1. Remove Navbat_title
2. Remove Heading_title
3. Correct send_to_text to send_to
4. Entry_name to Name
5. Entry_email to Email
6. entry_enquiry to message

If this is what you have rendering I would expect that you have one or more corrupt files as this is not the default representation. You can re-upload the full fileset with out losing any customizations if you have used a custom template and the overrides system.
