I am not seeing any errors ... and your configure.php files are showing:
    http://wilsoncellular.us

But moving through your site takes you to:
    http://www.wilsoncellular.us

    Did you fix this?

Default Re: Blazed and confused [SOLVED]

Yes, I removed the block from within the server, it was my fault after I did some deeper digging.

I tried to put SOLVED in the title of this thread but was unsuccessful and then put solved with fix in a post in this thread but guess it did not take.

So guess I will put it now. Problem Solved, Fix - Was internal permission blockage to extra installed folders for cache rewrite.

    Thanks Ajeh for replying.

    Default moved files to root

Hi, I seem to be having the same error. I moved my zencart from a subdirectory to the root. Then I modified both of my configure.php files.
But now I'm getting this error:
Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/includes/application_top.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/username:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 26

Warning: main(/includes/application_top.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 26

Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/includes/application_top.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/username:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 26

Warning: main(/includes/application_top.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 26

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/username/public_html/index.php on line 26

It looks like a server permissions error. Similar to the one you encountered. How did you modify your server and change the permissions? Please advise.
    Thanks!

graygraphics, if using the 'cachekey fix' (I do believe it's in the Admin section of the ZC Downloads page) doesn't solve your problem, contact your Hoster. Provide them with the error msg. so they know what's going on.

They should be able to temporarily turn off 'open_base restriction' for your account, giving you time to login to your Admin section. This would allow you to change the cache path using:
    Configuration > Sessions: Session Directory

    Hi,
Thanks to everyone for their help. Yes it was a server configuration issue not allowing php to serve the files. I contacted my host and they fixed the server config. It works great now.
    Thanks again!
