Manually ordering the Categories?

In my catagories sidebox all the links are listed alphabetically. Like so:

Clothing
MegaTour
Other Videos
RoadFools
Specials
Subscriptions
Year Ends
Video Magazine

I'd really like to have them ordered by importance like so:

Video Magazine
RoadFools
MegaTour
Year Ends
Other Videos
Specials
Clothing
Subscriptions

Ideas?

admin > catalog > Categories / Products > look at the right under "Sort" yours are probably all set to "0" the default, edit eaqch one and assign a number to the sort order..i.e. 10,20,30....it will then sort numerically
