Red Zero Image

I can't seem to find an option that correlates to the Big Red Zero Image found below; I am wanting to remove this guy.

This is caused by the Additional Images ...

You used the image small.jpg

We have in the demo images: small_00.jpg

So, it is being picked up automatically as an Additional Image ...

The additional images as in the images used in my design? Why does the small_00 image only appear on this product listing? Is there an easy way to get rid of the small_00 image?
