Internal Server Error 500 at credit card checkout

Hi all,

Im getting this error when trying to confirm order process with credit card. I had same error when trying to confirm with CoD but i fixed it changing mailformat to PHP. But still get this error when trying to buy with credit card. Server error log says this:

[Fri Dec 29 09:50:11 2006] [error] [client 213.216.199.18] malformed header from script. Bad header=/home/mysite/dead.lett: php-script, referer: http://www.mysite.com/store/index.ph...t_confirmation

I havent touched php code of any checkout files. What could be the problem?
