I would really like to see something like this done. Specifically, I am looking to do something like the following: I want to do bulk delivery of items to people in the same geographic area and I would like customers to select which day and timeframe they would like their product delivered (through something as simple as a 'select' menu).

Even if there are no more plans for the mod mentioned in this thread, would anybody have suggestions as to how to go about implementing such a mod as I have described?

It is arguably even a violation of the license terms for this software to be released with calendarxp.net bundled in.
