basically my site is selling radiators, and i want to be able to give the user extra options for the product they want to but, so when the user is on a product they want to buy, i want to have a feature where they can choose what valves and accessories they want them and then add the extra cost on top of the product

is this possable

You need to use attributes and Procing by Attributes. One way of doing it is shown here.

In your case, the accessories will (probably) cost the same regardless of the size of the radiator, so you can have radiator as one item with size, number of valves etc as attributes.
