Actually, the CORRECT answer is to follow the documented upgrade instructions in the /docs folder (or in the SQL file itself) .... which instructs you to run the zc_install/index.php program via your browser in order to do the database upgrade.
The upgrader in the zc_install program will handle those exceptions automatically for you.
