How do i get my about us link on the sitemap

You will have to customize the tpl_site_map_default.php and add the entry for the About Us item ...Use the templates and overrides directory for your template.

thing is idont know what to put in there for the about us to show

this is not somthing that is "built in" to zencart, you would have to manualy hard code it into the sitemap defualt file as stated above. This requires the knowlage of php and other misc webadmin skills.
It is not somthing that should be attemtped by someone who is unsure of what might happen.

You really dont need an about us link in your site_map. The sitemap is more-so to show the catalog for ease of locating products.

Im not positive, but i believe there is a way to inlcude the ez-pages in the sitemap
