Checkout Success Page -Define Missing?

After upgrading to 1.3.7, when a customer completes the checkout process, the checkout success displays the logoff button (which is cool) as well at TEXT_CHECKOUT_LOGOFF_CUSTOMER (which is not cool). It seems to me that TEXT_CHECKOUT_LOGOFF_CUSTOMER needs to be define either in the language file or something of sort. Any ideas?

Check your upgrade ... Developer's Tool Kit says:
