    Default New Orders information not showing in admin area (missed a file)

    No information regarding new orders shows up in my admin area - not even an order number. I applied the paypal patch recommended for 1.3.7 as I upgraded recently but that is not helping either.

    But if a new guest registers that information however is getting recorded. Please help.

    Go into phpMyAdmin ... browse the orders table ... are there orders?

    Go into your Zen Cart Admin ... Modules ... Order Total ...

    Is the Total ot_total installed?

    1) I see the orders table under the myPhpAdmin. But it shows only those orders that I received up until the point I stopped seeing the new orders in zencart admin area.

    2) The Zen Cart Admin -> Modules -> does not show an Order Total.

    What module am I missing here, how can I correct this?

    Just a quick clarification,

    Under the Zen Cart Admin -> Modules ->
    I do see a field called Total. Is this the same as the Order Total, or do I have to find a field Order-Total?

    That is the same total as what is on the order ... I just wanted to ensure that this was installed ...

    What version Zen Cart?

    Clean install or an Upgrade?

    How did you install? How did you Upgrade?

    What version php?

    What Payment Modules are installed?

    What has changed on your site?

    What version Zen Cart?
    1.3.7

    Upgrade. But I started experiencing this problem before the upgrade which is why I decided to do the upgrade. I have been running my store for 7 months now and everything was working fine and one file day I I think it was beginning of April that I stopped receiving the order information in Zen admin area.

    How did you install? How did you Upgrade?
    I manually downloaded the files from souceforge.net and copied every file.

    What version php?
    My host Sitegound.com has the PHP version 5.0.5 running

    What Payment Modules are installed?
    Authorize.net, cc, cod, freecharger, linkpoint_api, moneyorder, paypal, paypalwpp. But I use only the Paypal IPN as I have only the basic account with paypal.

    What has changed on your site?
    Well, up until the point I started noticing the order information was not getting passed to my admin area from Paypal, nothing was touched. It is only after I started experiencing this problem I upgraded to the latest version of zencart (which resulted in another problem, I finally got resolved this week) So I started testing the website to see if I am able to receive order info and that still remains.

    But I must say that around the time I started seeing this problem, I noticed that my hosting provider chaged the admin panel that they usually provided me for the last 7 months. I don't know if have changed any version of the php that is causing this problem with the zen-cart.
