How/where can I change the header image of the Paypal payment page?
And the background color of that page? thanks

Go to your PayPal account on their site, go to Profiles, go to Custom Payment Pages.
Create a new pagestyle.
Give it a name.
Come back to your Zen Cart site and edit your PayPal module settings, and enter the new pagestyle name in the Page Style field..
