Paypal error message - SOAP api

I keep getting the following error

I think i setup the "API Certificate File" wrong, i copied the code into text and renamed paypal.pem. Does anyone know any good tutorial on how to set "API Certificate File" and its pathway.

Zen Cart has built in PayPal IPN and PayPal Express ...

The code you're running isn't built-in to Zen Cart and appears to be a 3rd-party api.
