How to insert a larger logo Help

Hi All;

I have made my own logo and I have upload the logo to my website.

My template is here www.kandnniche.com/catalog

However, because the logo is larger then the previous logo, it distorts the page as everything is shifted down. I was wondering how I can make the logo so that it would be placed higher. If it can be placed higher, everything will shift back to its original position. Any help would be great, thanks!

I tried atleast 5 times to contact them but I didn't get help from them at all . I was just wondering if someone here can help me, thanks!
