Newbie with problem Help!!

Hi everyone,

My customers cannot place an order because the country box will not accept any country. I have deleted all countries except the US, and even that does not help. You put in a country either with the drop down or type it in, and the error message comes back...you must choose a country. And the customer can go not further with the order..Help!!

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

I was using the version before this latest update. The "server/hosting" people have updated to the newest verson and it still did not work. She has started putting together a new installation of the software.....since I have no clue what this means, I am hoping it will work.....lost a $100.00 sale yesterday, so am a bit bummed
