Okay so I went through the process of upgrading. I've done this before but my store has grown and every time I do this I get more and more worried. (even though I could restore a backup)

So I did the upgrade removed PayPal IPN and reinstalled, reconfigured my linkpoint API. NOW I am not getting my https at my logins or checkouts.

Any advice?
