How to completely remove shipping from Zen Cart

I'm in the process of configuring Zen Cart to handle Purchase Orders only (via the Super Orders Mod) but when I go to test the cart, I can't get past the shipping screens after I have removed/disabled/uninstalled all possible shipping modules. How can I completely disable/remove the shipping so I won't have to include shipping in my final product.

This is just a proof of concept site so the samples are installed.

The error message I get during checkout is at step 1 is:

Not Available At This Time

Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.



If I try to move to the next step the Zen Cart does not move onto the next page it just stays at this step. I would like to get rid of this step completely as my customer does not dictate shipping charges, the manufacturers do.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

The only way to skip the shipping completely is to mark all of your products as virtual.

Should be pretty easy to do with something like phpmyadmin.
