Error Message...Page not found

When you are on the index page and click the log in that is next to the "home" button, I get a page not found message. When I look in the address bar, this is where it is trying to take me...

I think it is a problem with my override but I am not sure...any ideas?!?!

Looks like an error in your:
/includes/configure.php

if you could post the file, from the server, without your username and password, we could probably help you get this right ...
