Session Timing out

I've noticed in user tracking our customers getting a lot of time outs on our site. I've never had that problem while testing.

We are using 1.3.6 and here are our sessions settings:

Session Directory  		/home/oursite/www/catalog/cache  	 
Cookie Domain 			True
Force Cookie Use 		False
Check SSL Session ID 		False
Check User Agent 		False
Check IP Address 		False 
Prevent Spider Sessions 	True
Recreate Session 		False

I'm no expert on this, so any help is appreciated. I've included an edited (for ease of viewing) of the latest session that had this problem. Looking at the timestamps, the time outs seem weird:

I'd really appreciate some feedback on this issue. I'm not sure if this is a genuine problem with our sessions, or user tracking is tweaked, or I'm misreading something.
