Template problem...please help!

I recently purchased a template from templatemonster.com and all works fairly well except the "shopping cart" isn't showing up in the header area. It's supposed to be right beside the currencies pulldown. I'm not good with code at all and i need help to figure out what is going on. You can check out the site at:

You will need to contact template monster,
they hack and destroy the code so much to create the crap that they pawn off,

then need to tell you how to fix it.
