    The file to edit to remove the popup link is tpl_modules_main_product_image.php. Read the previous post closely.

    yes i did read it carefully but i had no such file in the path specified on my site only a tpl_product_info_display

    look in includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_main_product_image.php

    If you do not find this file there, get the zip for your version and unzip it and re-upload your files as this is part of the distribution.

    Cheers kobra i know its not there so i'll get that zip downloaded tonight many thanks, i was wondering why i was missing this file.

    You already have the file in your /template_default/templates/ folder, or else you would not be able to display the product image or have the popup.

    You just need to copy it from /template_default/templates/tpl_modules_main_product_image.php to /your_template/templates/tpl_modules_main_product_image.php, and then edit it.

    Files that have never been modified from the original should never be in /your_template/ folders, but any files you change should first be copied into the appropriate /your_template/ folder.

    yeah i was jus got home from work and was about to edit it, in the original post it assumed there was a copy in YOUR_TEMPLATE so i forgot ot check the default template folder many thanks

    ive uploaded the original tpl_product_info_display and template_default files back to the site but i still cant see the product images argh! shouldnt uploading the original template_default folder and the template stylesheet.css have reverted me back to my original settings?

    Which template is active is in

    admin > tools > template selection
