not pointing to PayPal after upgrade from 1.2

I upgraded my zencart from v1.2.1 to v.1.3.6......it was a nightmare....but for the most part got it working. My only problem now, is that when I hit Confirm during checkout, the user is brought to this invalid URL: "https://module_payment_paypal_handler/"

Can anyone tell me why this might be?

Go to the payment modules in the admin.
Click on PayPal.
Write down all your settings.
Click Remove
Click Install
Reconfigure the settings similar to what you wrote down.

Sorry about that Dr Byte....I must have glossed over that during my 3 attempts to update my cart (what a nightmare it was!).
