Product Shipping Options - help

Hello,

We would like to offer flat rate shipping to certian zones on some of our products and regular shipping on other products. Any suggestions on how I would do this?

Perhaps I should clarify more:

We use the Canada post shipping module for our shipping and for the most part it works well. But when it comes to small items such as cross-stitch kits that will fit into a envelope the shipping costs are too high. I have played with the dimensional attributes in the Canada post shipping module to try and fudge the price, but the results are inconsistent. Does any one know if there are different package types i.e. envelope / small parcel that Canada post may use in pricing.

It has occurred to me that I could perhaps use the free options module but I am not having much success there.

Any suggestions?
