Where would I go to bold the option name in the order confirmation emails? Currently the emails come through with the option name and value all jumbled together and I want to bold the option name to make the information easier to read.

in the 1.3.x code you can edit that in the order.php class file in the create_add_products() function loops.

I looked through that file and I'm not sure where I would need to go or what the changes would look like.
Can anyone give me some better idea on how to do this?
