PayPal Email Issue

Hi All,

For some reason when customers choose to pay via PayPal they are brought to the PayPal page and the store owner's email is the default (appears in the email field). Is there anyway to change this setting so that when the customer chooses to pay via PayPal either:

1. Their email address is put in place OR

2. The email field is left blank

I am not sure if this is a setting on the PayPal side or on the ZC side, so this may not be the appropriate forum. Any direction you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Are you testing from a computer with cookies set?

PayPal knows who you are via the cookies so if you go to their site during testing it is using those to preset things on the screen ...

Clear your cookies and you should be able to see what a new customer would see that has never used PayPal ... otherwise, you are seeing what an existing PayPal customer sees ...
