How to EMBED a flash movie

Hi,
I'm a new Zen'er. Can someone please tell me how to embed a flash movie on my front page. The site is http://www.auntermas.com I would like to fill the area that says "Welcome to the future home of Aunt Erma's Mandel Bread, with a flash video.

Ok, I'm a little embarrassed to say, but I'm so new at this, I'm not sure which file to paste the code into. Is it the css fille, or the english.php file?

/includes/templates/NAMEOFYOURTEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php
BACKUP FILES FIRST!!

As Misty said, the files you're looking for /includes/templates/NAMEOFYOURTEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php. /NAMEOFYOURTEMPLATE/ indicates your custom folder. If you're using the classic template, you should copy all the files you want to modify into another folder in the same directory and give the folder whatever name you like. If you leave them in the /classic/ folder, your changes will be overwritten (read lost) when you do an upgrade.

In any directory where you find a /classic/ folder, you can create your own override files.
